Take a moment and ask yourself: Are you complaining about anything right now?

Whether it is a frustrating situation at work, a relationship that feels stuck, or even just the traffic on your morning commute, complaining is something we all do. It feels natural, even justified. We often use it as a way to bond with others or vent our frustrations. But what if I told you that complaining is actually a subtle sign that you are still running automatic matrix programs?

The Illusion of Pushing Against

In the 3D matrix, we are taught a very specific, synthetic way to create change. The underlying inference of this programming is that in order to shift our reality, we must control it, fight it, or push against it. We are conditioned to believe that if we just push hard enough against what we don’t want, we will eventually get what we do want.

Complaining is the verbal expression of this resistance. It is the energy of pushing against what is, under the false belief that our resistance will somehow force the universe to yield. But here is the truth: complaining is a massive leakage of your personal power.

When you complain, you are actively engaging with the synthetic system of the matrix. You are feeding your energy into the very thing you do not want, validating its existence, and keeping yourself locked in a loop of frustration. The matrix thrives on this friction. It wants you to believe that creation requires struggle, control, and endless effort.

Bypassing the Synthetic System

The beautiful news is that you do not have to play by these rules. You can actually just bypass this synthetic system entirely.

True spiritual sovereignty is not reclaimed through resistance; it is reclaimed through choice. When you catch yourself complaining, you are being given a golden opportunity to wake up from the automatic program. You can pause, take a breath, and realize that you do not need to push against the old reality to create a new one.

Instead of fighting the matrix, you can simply step out of it. You can choose to stop giving your energy to the things that drain you. You do not have to fix the matrix, argue with it, or even understand it fully. You just have to stop participating in its games of resistance.

Choosing Your Authentic Magic

When you drop the need to control or resist, you open the door to your authentic magic. This is the space where true creation happens—not through force, but through alignment.

Your authentic magic does not require you to complain your way to a better life. It simply asks you to choose the frequency you want to play in. When you bypass the matrix programming of resistance, you free up an immense amount of soul energy. You can then use that energy to consciously create, to invite in joy, and to play in the reality of your own making.

This is what it means to step into your Aligned Soul Magic. It is the realization that you are the creator of your experience, and that creation is supposed to be joyful, fluid, and free from the heavy density of the 3D world.

A Practice for Radical Alignment

• Notice the urge: Pay attention to when the urge to complain arises. Catch the automatic program before it runs.

• Pause and breathe: Instead of voicing the complaint, take a deep breath. Release the physical tension of needing to push against the situation.

• Ask the question: Ask yourself, What authentic magic can I choose to play in right now instead?

• Shift your focus: Consciously redirect your energy toward something that feels expansive, joyful, or aligned with your true soul frequency.

By choosing your magic over the matrix, you reclaim your power and step into a reality where creation is effortless and true.
