All online class sessions are recorded and made available for registered students. If you miss an online session, you can watch the recording and submit any questions you have for Carol to address in the next class. For in-person programs, you would have to cancel 14-days before the class date and work it out with Carol to get a refund or reschedule the next class.

Refund policies vary by program. Generally, deposits are non-refundable, but full refunds (minus processing fees) are available up to 14 days before the start date. After that, credits toward future programs may be offered. Please review the specific refund policy for each program before registering.

Reiki certification programs include a certificate of completion once you've met all the requirements, including attendance, practice sessions, and any required assessments.
