From there, we’ll journey through each layer of your energetic being: from your deepest foundations of safety and belonging, all the way up through creativity, personal power, love, authentic voice, and spiritual vision — arriving at a place of genuine surrender and trust.
Along the way, we’ll weave in ancient tools — breath, sound, movement, and devotional practice — and explore the four great faces of Shakti, the Divine feminine, as a map for release, courage, abundance, and creative expression.
We close with a heart-centered manifestation practice that will shift how you relate to your own desires — and leave you feeling rooted, open, and ready.
