For more than 20 years, I've had the privilege of walking alongside people who were ready—sometimes desperately, sometimes quietly—for something to shift.
I'm a certified hypnotherapist, Reiki Grand Master, energy healer, intuitive guide, Soul Shift specialist, and Business & Life Expansion Coach based in Roswell, Georgia and working with clients worldwide.
What I've come to know deeply is this: the patterns, fears, blocks and struggles we carry aren't necessarily character flaws or personal failures. Often, they're learned patterns, stored experiences, subconscious programs, emotional responses, and—if that resonates for you—energetic or soul-level material. And when you know how to work with what's underneath the pattern, change becomes possible.
My approach is not one-size-fits-all. You don't have to choose the right modality before you work with me. What is energy healing and how can it benefit me?
Energy healing is a holistic practice that works with the body’s energetic field to restore balance and support your natural ability to heal on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels. Carol uses techniques such as Reiki, quantum energy, chakra balancing, somatic healing, crystals, sound, EFT or other intuitive energy work to help clear blockages, release stuck emotions, and bring harmony to your system. Benefits may include deep relaxation and stress relief, improved emotional well-being, support for physical healing, enhanced clarity, intuition, and sense of purpose, and greater alignment with your authentic self. You don’t have to believe in energy healing for it to work—just being open to the process can begin a powerful shift. A session usually lasts an hour, but may go up to 10 minutes longer if you are working with Carol for the first time. Energy sessions can be done remotely or in-person.
What is hypnotherapy and how could it help me?
Hypnotherapy uses a deeply relaxed, focused state of awareness (similar to meditation or daydreaming) to access your subconscious mind—the part of you that holds patterns, beliefs, and memories that drive behavior. In this state, you can release old habits or fears, reprogram limiting beliefs, build confidence and motivation, heal unresolved emotional wounds, and create positive change from the inside out. Hypnotherapy is safe, natural, and empowering. You are always in control and aware during sessions, and many clients report feeling lighter, clearer, and more focused afterward. A session lasts an hour and can be done remotely or in person.
How does a past life regression therapy session work?
Past life regression is a gentle, guided process that allows you to access memories from previous lifetimes through a relaxed, hypnotic state or theta energy state if you cannot be hypnotized. There is no right or wrong in not being able to be hypnotized. Sometimes, if you have experienced a trauma, your body will have a defense mechanism of not allowing you to go completely under. In this case, you will be guided via energy into a semi-conscious theta state. Carol helps peacefully guide you every step of the way. These experiences can offer insight, healing, and resolution for current-life challenges.
In a session, we’ll set a clear intention or question you’d like guidance on, gently guide you into a relaxed state, explore any past life memories that emerge that are the biggest contribution to you in the moment, and reflect on the themes, lessons, or healing that arise. Whether you view past lives as literal or symbolic, the subconscious often brings forward exactly what’s needed for healing and understanding. As you're in this energy, Carol can help you expel any patterns or energies that are not a contribution to you across all lifetimes. It's a very peaceful and amazing process that lasts an hour and can be done remotely or in person.

Business or life expansion is a process designed to help you set and achieve personal and professional goals from a wider life view.
